These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Luxe Scentory website and any purchase of perfumes, fragrance samples, gift sets, or related products made through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Luxe Scentory is a fragrance retail business operating from Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping any login credentials secure and for activities carried out through your account.

However, fragrance perception is subjective, and certain differences may arise from reformulations, batch variations, device displays, photography, or packaging updates by manufacturers.

All products are subject to availability. Listing a product on the site does not guarantee that it is in stock or that an order will be accepted.

Where required under applicable Nigerian law, cosmetic and fragrance products offered for sale should comply with relevant regulatory requirements. We reserve the right to remove, withhold, recall, or refuse to sell any item where we believe there is a legal, safety, authenticity, labelling, or regulatory concern.

Perfumes are typically alcohol-based and may be flammable. They are for external use only and should be kept away from heat, flames, eyes, broken skin, and children. If irritation or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice.

• Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not automatic acceptance by us.
• We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud, payment issues, delivery restrictions, or compliance concerns.
• If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will arrange an appropriate refund in line with the payment method used and applicable law.

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable delivery fees, taxes, duties, or handling charges will be shown at checkout where relevant or otherwise communicated before payment is finalised.

You authorise us and our payment partners to process payment for the total amount due. We do not guarantee that all payment methods will always be available.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by verification delays, weather, courier capacity, security issues, public holidays, remote locations, or restrictions affecting transport of fragrance products.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible delivery address and reachable contact information.
• Risk in the goods may pass according to the delivery arrangement used, but nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
• Additional charges may apply where a delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or redelivery is required.

We aim to operate a fair returns process consistent with applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law. If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us promptly. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible, but an eligible return may still be available.

Because fragrance products are sensitive personal-use items, we may restrict returns of opened, used, tampered-with, or unsealed items unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, materially misdescribed, or required by law to be accepted back. Unopened and resaleable items may be eligible for return within a reasonable time, subject to inspection and our returns instructions.

Where a refund is approved, it will usually be made to the original payment method, less any lawful deductions or reasonable charges permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed to you in advance. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory refund or return rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

• Promotions, bundles, gifts-with-purchase, and discount codes are available only while supplies last and may be withdrawn or amended at any time unless prohibited by law.
• A promotion may be subject to additional eligibility conditions, minimum spend thresholds, single-use limits, or expiry dates.
• We may cancel promotional benefits obtained through abuse, duplication, resale schemes, or other misuse.

The site design, text, branding, graphics, product curation, editorial copy, and other site content owned by Luxe Scentory are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for normal personal shopping use, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
